I hope I don’t embarrass you… too much anyway.  But one of the best computer-related decisions I’ve ever made was asking you to develop and work on my website.  You are always upbeat, confident, responsive and helpful beyond even my “high expectations.”  I really appreciate your thoroughness and attention to detail.  As an engineer (in my past),  I too often find these qualities absent in so many interactions in the world today.  Now that I think about it… I hope this does embarrass you… you deserve it! I have been so distracted with other art efforts and extensive travel that I have been delinquent in maintaining my website, so these issues caught up with me.  But I do need to do some significant updating of the website content also.  Working with your manual, I’m optimistic that I can pull that off.
