Berkshire Botanical Garden, Stockbridge, MA
We visited on a very hot and humid morning on June 29, 2013. What a lovely place! A little bit of everything - woodland gardens, loads of hosta and ferns (WOW!), a pond, beautiful sheds, a Martha Stewart garden she helped plant to commemorate their 75th anniversary, herbs, vegetables, greenhouses, amazing trees. We will be back... in cooler weather!

Lee, Massachusetts
The shopping district in the town of Lee looks gorgeous this summer (2013) with countless lush hanging baskets of petunias lining the street.

In April 2013, we took advantage of a nice warm (relatively speaking, compared to winter's cold temps!) sunny day and toured the grounds, which were open for free that time of year.

Frosty Snowfall in the Berkshires
Taken November, 2014. A very frosty, beautiful, magical snowfall in the Berkshires in late November, 2014. Unfortunately it resulted in a great deal of downed and split trees, and power outages, because it was an unusually heavy, wet snow, but it surely was glorious as every surface was coated in white, much moreso than you see during a normal snowfall. Enjoy!
