Hand-dyed fabric (sky and water), commercial fabric, machine applique, fused applique, free-motion quilting with rayon thread.
A landscape quilt inspired by the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes in NY state. In autumn, the hills were often ablaze in color. Corn fields turned golden and the lakes were amazing at sunset.
